Throughout the pandemic, Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme has supported the construction of thousands of homes, eco-resorts and revitalising its healthcare sector. The CBI Programme was also one of the first to utilise online applications after borders began closing down and other travel restrictions were implemented. The country drew particularly on its experience handling applications during 2017’s Hurricane Maria.
