The budget outlined that the government will be building another 450 homes using funds from its successful Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme. It also said that half a million would be set aside from CBI and other sources for emergencies and mentioned the five public sectors Dominica will spend its budget on. The Prime Minister thanked Dominica’s friends and development partners, like the EU, for their grants in helping the island’s economy recover post-COVID-19.
